Right now I am focusing on:

  • Recording my daily aha moment
  • Upgrading my communication skills, by practicing Nonviolent Communication and Crucial Conversations
  • Transitioning from software development to helping teams become more effective, and making a lot of experiments on the way
  • Training for running a barefoot marathon (connect with me on Runkeeper) as a prep for running a 100 km ultramarathon
